SUSTAIN is Equip for Health’s comprehensive, 5 week course coached by Molly Pflederer and Ryan Parnham.

This course will equip you for lasting, sustainable great health.

Each week, participants will receive multiple video lessons, resources, guides, and recipes via the Equip online learning platform. Also included in the program is access to a private Facebook group, where Ryan and Molly will provide weekly live coaching sessions.  The Facebook group also is a great place to find group accountability and support in the community of fellow participants.
